Pros:
Best online chat available. Increased our web leads on average from 75-100 per month. Captures customers we were missing. Also helps us capture service and parts customers. Easy lead return system. Very happy with service. Would not use anyone else. Other companies are starting to copy and mimic car chat 24. They are not the same.

Pros:
CarChat24 has been a wonderful tool for us, it captures about 60-70 more leads a month for us. CarChat24 does a great job in capturing e-mails address and some phone numbers for our internet team to follow up on. We are closing at 20% which is much higher then the 8-10% closing ratio on internet leads. We highly recommend CarChat24

Pros:
I’ve been using this product for a number of my dealers and it’s been a wild success! Not only have my leads increased from my website exponentionally, but also the customer experience have been improved. 24/7 chat allows me to get leads even when my dealerships are closed. I love seeing how many leads I have acquired every night when I come in in the am.
Cons:
This is a sales tool. The reps won’t answer questions such as “does the car have a red interior”, but they do forward the chat to a qualified employee that can answer.

Excellent product. Converts visitors to my websites by proactively engaging the client and turning them into a high closing ratio lead for us. Saves my guys from having to deal with answering chats about parts and service. Makes my PPC landing pages more effective. We also put them on our craigslist…

24/7 365 Live Chat support on our websites has increased our sales by a large margin. We originally maintained live chat ourselves, which was much more demanding, and impossible to monitor 24/7. The staff they employ is courteous, to the point, and accurate. The simple honor system for lead returns is also a big +. 5 Stars all the way.
